2021 թվականի մայիսի 1-ին տեղի ունեցավ «ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ԱՈՒԴԻՏՈՐՆԵՐԻ ԵՎ ՓՈՐՁԱԳԵՏ ՀԱՇՎԱՊԱՀՆԵՐԻ ՊԱԼԱՏ» ՀԿ-ի ընդհանուր ժողովը, որի շրջանակներում կայացած ընտրությունների արդյունքում ձևավորվեցին Պալատի կառավարման մարմինները` Խորհուրդը և Վերստուգիչ հանձնաժողովը:

2020 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ից ուժի մեջ մտած և պարտադիր կիրառության ենթակա դարձած «Կուտակային կենսաթոշակների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքում կատարված փոփոխությունները վերաբերում են սոցիալական վճարի հաշվարկման առավելագույն շեմին։ Մինչև սույն թվականի հուլիսի 1-ը սոցիալական վճարի հաշվարկման առավելագույն շեմը 500,000 դրամն էր։

Persons initiating an entrepreneurial activity are always interested which status is most beneficial, whether to register as a PE or an LLC. The main difference is the scope of responsibility. In the case of a PE, the individual is responsible for the liabilities of the PE with all his assets, while the founders of a LLC bear no personal responsibility for its liabilities

The state registration of a Private Entrepreneur (PE) and a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is carried out by the State Register of Legal Entities of the RA Ministry of Justice. To register a PE, it is required to apply to a territorial subdivision of the State Registry with their passport and social security card/identification card, pay a state duty of AMD 3,000.

At present, common and special taxation systems are applicable in the Republic of Armenia. Special taxation systems are the corporate tax from turnover of a company and tax for micro businesses (microenterprise).
